Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area
We deliver within the State of Qatar. Delivery to some areas may be subject to availability and an additional charge.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on location and are confirmed on WhatsApp before your order is confirmed. Self pick-up may be arranged on request.
3. Timing
- Choose your preferred date and time slot at checkout; we confirm the final slot on WhatsApp.
- Theme, tiered and custom cakes need at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or public holidays.
4. Receiving your cake
- Please make sure someone is available at the address and reachable by phone.
- Inspect the cake on delivery and report any issue within 2 hours.
- Keep the cake refrigerated and carry it flat on a level surface. Remove non-edible toppers and supports before serving.
5. Failed delivery
If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, re-delivery may incur an additional charge and refunds are not applicable.
